New This Season! Cedar Springs High School is excited to invite you to participate in a great new fundraising opportunity we are kicking off this year.
We are participating in a service called SCORETRAX, which will allow you and your friends to sign up and up to receive text messages which will include scores and commentary from the various sports teams here at Cedar Springs High School. It’s a great way for students, parents, friends, teachers, alumni and supporters to keep up with scores and more.

Off Season Workouts:

In order to improve upon last year it is important that WE start putting in the time as a team to build relationships and become accountable to each other. No better way to do that than to challenge yourself to be committed to 3 hours a week to better yourself and ultimately your team by participating in the off season workouts. After making that commitment yourself it is important to encourage your teammates to dedicate themselves to that same goal.

 

Become A Part of the Club

The Muscle Militia

Those that make 15 out of the 18 workouts in a 6 week session and can get the "Good" status on the BFS core list will become part of the off season conditioning club (The Muscle Militia) and will receive a free Muscle Militia T-Shirt.
